Honest Arizona Sign Urges Congressman Ciscomani to ‘Protect Our Benefits, Not Big Businesses and Billionaires’
TUCSON — Honest Arizona placed signs across Tucson urging Congressman Juan Ciscomani to protect their benefits like health care access and nutrition and energy assistance, instead of big businesses and billionaires.
The signs read:
‘Republicans in Congress want to cut health care, food assistance, and other essential benefits for their constituents just to give more tax breaks to corporations and the ultra wealthy.
Rep. Ciscomani: protect our benefits, not big businesses and billionaires!’
The signs come as Congressional Republicans spent last week looking to cut essential benefits, and are debating a tax bill that would benefit the ultra-wealthy and corporations leaving millions of working Arizonans to suffer.
